Hours: Mon–Sat 7am–7pm · Sun 8am–5pm. Fleet and commercial customers can arrange early-morning or after-hours visits so vehicles are not pulled out of service during the workday.

Service area: Kennewick, Richland, Pasco, Prosser and Sunnyside, plus West Richland, Benton City, Burbank, Finley and the surrounding Benton, Franklin and Yakima county areas. Mobile service, no trip fee inside our regular route.

What to have ready

• Year, make and model of the vehicle — and the VIN if you have it handy
• Which piece of glass is damaged, and roughly how big the damage is
• Whether the vehicle has lane keeping, adaptive cruise or automatic braking (that means camera recalibration)
• Your insurance carrier and claim number, if you are filing a claim
• Where the vehicle will be parked and for how long

Emergency and after-hours

A broken side or rear window leaves the vehicle unsecured, so those calls go to the front of the line. If it is after hours, call anyway and leave a message with your location — we will get weather sheeting on the opening and schedule the glass as early as the next morning.

Insurance claims
