Class 8 windshields are large, heavy, and usually set into a rubber gasket rather than bonded, with a locking strip that has to be seated correctly around the full perimeter. Many sleepers run a two-piece windshield, so a single cracked half is often a half-price job — worth asking about before you assume the whole set.
